YAP QCUSD Elementary KickBall

Who: Boys & Girls 4th - 6th Grade (with a possible addition of 3rd grade)

Dates: 1/26 – 2/25

Teams: 18 players minimum with a max of 20

Coach: Each Site will have their own Coach (1)

• If a team exceeds the maximum # of players, those additional players (#21+) will be put on a wait list.
• If a site has 18 players on a waitlist, we will attempt to secure another coach from that site and create a new team
• If a team of 18 is not formed, spots will be opened to 3rd graders. The cut-off will be at 20 participants and there will be no waitlist.
• If a school does not fill a roster of the minimum 18 players, the school will not have a team.

Cost: $30

• Participants will receive a kickball T-shirt
• No Refunds will be given unless the minimum # of players have not registered

Wk #1: Practices held at your site -(Practice Days / Times TBD by Coach)

Wk #2: Practice & Scrimmage Game - Schools will play another school within close proximity.

• Scrimmage Games would be at the Elementary Sites. Coaches will reach out to parents once they decide day, time, and location.

Wk #3 – Wk #5: Games - # of Games Played will be determined by the total # of teams. Wk #5 will be the Championship.

* Games will last appx 1 Hour / Games are at QCJrH (4:00pm or 5:00pm)

Awards: Championship Trophy for winning school

Transportation: Parents are responsible for getting players to and from Practice, Tournament, Semi Final & Championship games.
