Join us this summer for an exciting and comprehensive Cheer Training Camp designed for current Varsity Cheer Team members, incoming freshmen and transfer students interested in trying out this Fall, and athletes in grades 7–12 who are interested in future participation in the Eastmark Cheer Program, or cross-training for other sports. Our Summer Skills Camp will be centered on strength training and conditioning, building endurance, and improving flexibility and mobility, while developing the athletic skills essential for safe, competitive and successful cheerleading. Athletes will receive instruction and training in technical execution and skill refinement for jumping, stunting, cheering and tumbling, in a positive and challenging environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and confidence building. Whether you are preparing for upcoming tryouts, looking to improve your athletic performance, or wanting to grow your overall confidence and body awareness, this camp is a great opportunity to train, learn, and elevate your skills throughout the summer.
