YAP (QCHS) - Queen Creek Rec Swim Team (High School - Incoming 9th-12th)

YAP (QCHS) - Queen Creek Rec Swim Team will be led by Head QCHS Swim and Dive Coach Carly Peterson.  Camp will be held at the QCUSD Pool.  June 1st (1st Day of Camp) will be used to determine proper placement if needed.

TImes:

  • High School (Incoming 9th-12th Grades):   8am-9:30am
  • Grades 6th-8th:   8am-9:00am
  • Grades 3rd-5th (Intermediate):  9am-10:00am
  • Grades 3rd-5th (Beginner):  10am-11:00am

Requirements:

  • 13-18 yrs old - must be able to swim 25 yards of backstroke and freestyle continuously 
  • 8-12 yrs old - must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle continuously 

Equipment Needed:

  • Swim Team Swimsuit
  • Swim Team Goggles
  • Swim Team Fins (Especially for kids and sizes 6 or smaller)
    • Recommended Brands:   Nike, Speedo, TYR, Arena
