  • YAP QCHS Summer XC & Track Training & Weights (Incoming 7th-12th Grade) 24-25 School Yr.

    YAP QCHS Summer XC & Track Training will be led by Head Track Coach Shaun Hardt and his Staff. Training will include speed training, agility, strength and conditioning, and endurance training as well as education summits on distance running.   • YAP QCHS Wild Wild West Youth Track Club (Incoming 3rd-6th Grade) - 24-25 School Yr.

    YAP QCHS Wild Wild West Track Club will be for Grades 3rd- 6th (24-25 School Yr). Wild Wild West Track Club will focus on all aspects of track and field (sprinting, distance running, body weight strength and conditioning, jumps, throws and hurderling). Participants may also have the opportunity to complete in local USATF youth track meets throughout the summer against other teams. Trainings may also include offsite workouts (QC Equestrian Park, San Tan Regional Park, as well as other locations).   • YAP QCHS XC High Altitude Camp (Incoming 9th-12th) 24-25 School Yr. - OFFSITE / OVERNIGHT CAMP

    YAP QCHS XC High Altitude Camp (Incoming 9th-12th Grade) is an offsite / overnight camp held in Round Valley, Az. Camp will focus on speed, agility, endurance, strength training, and mental mindset and educational trainings. Cost is $200: Includes overnight accomodations, transportation, and a camp shirt. Food Cost will be an additional $50 and payable to Queen Creek XC Boosters.
